We are currently developing new products and services as well expanding our market share in different regions. In the context of our fast-paced development and growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Arcitect.
Mission:
The Business Architect is responsible for working on behalf of senior management in the delivery of business and enterprise architecture projects. You will play a key role in driving the alignment of business strategy to the operational and IT design and associated processes, models and roadmaps to achieve tactical and strategic delivery.
Furthermore, you have strong stakeholder management skills and will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, at all levels, throughout the group.
Responsibilites:
- Develop a business architecture strategy for the business units;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal clients;
- Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business unit in the context of the enterprise;
- Define the solutions shared between business units in the enterprise in relation to people, process and technology;
- Develop core business and functional architectures with solutions in support of group strategy.
Your profile:
- Min. 5 years in front office cross asset trading, at least 3 years in FX;
- 5 years as Business Architect / Solution Architect/ Senior FX Business Analyst / Management Consultant;
- Bachelor level Degree in numerical based discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics etc.) or equivalent considered a plus;
- Evidence of successful delivery on FX/Forex/ Foreign Exchange trading platforms, liquidity, pricing, rates, low latency, analytics;
- Detailed knowledge of trade capture, order management, FX ecommerce, aggregation, hedging, position management;
- A positively thorough knowledge for the Foreign exchange industry, with the desire to research and engage with both business (traders, risk managers, etc.) and IT;
- Knowledge of regulation, compliance and risk for multiple jurisdictions;
- The desire to continuously develop communication skills and to communicate business and technical ideas and process;
- Translating business level information through to technical / development teams personnel (both internal external) – using architecture frameworks and models;
- Design and development of FX target operating models;
