Senior Business Architect recruitment
Leading European Investment Bank has an opportunity to join a small but growing Business Architecture Office. The role involves creating a Target operating model for the bank, based on business strategy that is valid, efficient and effective for all asset classes and all business units.
You will derive an according business architecture model getting buy in from all business units. You will be a senior member of the team so you must have excellent communication skills for building stakeholder relationships and convincing of the value in building an operating model, it also requires you to contribute to change impact assessments, review and provide quality assurance for solution designs and scope definitions and help define performance goals, metrics and key milestones for the proposed solutions.
Successful candidates will either be Business Architects with a good understanding of Derivative products or a Senior Business Analyst that again has broad derivatives product knowledge. Candidates should be comfortable working in the front office and be structured and methodical.
