This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with financial services sales experience or previous recruiting experience to join a team of top professionals specializing in relationship building and recruiting for a leading marketing organization. Key responsibilities will be to establish, build and maintain relationships with independent financial/insurance professionals.
What You will Be Expected To Do:
- Build and maintain quality relationships with current and prospective advisors/agents.
- Develop, implement and execute marketing plans and goals with advisors/agents to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services.
- Develop case models to assist advisors in presentations as requested.
- Maintain a strategic and up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions offered by TAG and conduct research to learn about competitors and their products and services.
- Develop and manage advisor contracts, promotions, programs, and account activities.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends, and identify advisor/agent and account targets and opportunities.
- Formulate advisor/agent marketing programs consistent with advisor/agent budget, track effectiveness and recommend pricing, promotions and programs to meet sell through and return on investment.
- Work with the Marketing Department to develop promotions and promotional materials to increase sales and return on investment.
- Maintain records of communication and contacts with current and prospective advisors/agents.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the insurance/financial services industry, at least two to three years related experience, and a Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university. Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record and the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to be successful will be considered. Insurance license and/or securities licenses (series 6 or 7) are a plus.
In addition, the selected candidate must be professional and articulate with strong oral and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
This position may require up to 15% travel to new and/or existing advisors/agents, attend training and reward trips.
