In the context of our fast-paced development and growth, we are looking for an immediate entry a Senior Business Development Executive.
Job Mission
From our office in Zurich, you will be responsible for strengthening MIG Bank’s market share and brand in German speaking regions through high level of activity and professional approach in selling our bank's products to new and existing clients. You will lead and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to achieve maximum business development by utilizing assigned budgets and promote ideas and projects that contribute to the business development of MIG Bank.
Summary of tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and performance of all sales activities;
- Proactive sales to financial institutions and HNWI's;
- Allocate and manage departmental resources to achieve strategic initiatives. This includes financial-, human-, and technological resources;
- Interact and procure new client through frequent travel to regions and markets, for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes.
Your profile
- MBA or equivalent level degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience from a sales role in FX and / or Banking products;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in running sales teams in a hectic environment
- Good IT knowledge (MS Office suite, trading platforms);
- Proven Leadership skills, highly motivated, committed, dynamic, and a team player;
- Native level German, spoken and written, English fluent, spoken and written, any other language a plus;
- Swiss nationality, Swiss C, B, G working permit, OR EC European nationality.
