Role
As the Senior Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Relationship Management - Builds/manages relationships with our agents to maximize business drives growth in the Strategic business unit
- New Relationship Management – Identify new business opportunities through new relationships/consumer opportunity mapping
- Operations – Work with operations team to ensure effective support is delivered to agents and the network.
- Marketing – Partnering with central marketing team to ensure ATL effectiveness in the region. Planning and executing BTL activities to ensure customer acquisition, brand awareness and brand loyalty
- People – Provide direction and guidance to team. Continuously develop people through mentoring and coaching
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 7 years experience new business acquisition and relationship management. Strong skills in sales process management with exposure to Senior/General Management roles with PL responsibility is a must as is excellent communication and negotiation skills.
