What will you be doing?
As the Senior Business Development Manager, your focus will be on identifying new opportunities in the Melbourne market for the consulting and training services this market leader provides. Specifically you will assist customers in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales and marketing channels to improve the overall customer experience. You will spend roughly 75% of your time prospecting and meeting with potential new customers and the other 25% further developing existing accounts. You will need to be able to work on multiple, medium to long term sales processes at once with each one worth $100,000 to $300,000. Additionally focusing on developing your C-Level network within the market place.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Proven track record of working with new business and assisting in account development
- Extensive experience in consultative and solutions sales with deal values in excess of $100K
- Sales Leadership experience
- Well developed network within the Melbourne Market at C-Level and GM Level
- Passion for sales effectiveness and improving the customers experience
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience selling consultative sales training
- A significant senior level contact base within the Melbourne Market
- Significant experience in professional training sales
- Tertiary qualifications
