Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

One of our best clients is seeking 2 Senior BI Analysts.  They are a global leader in technology, have been in business for more than 20 years, have doubled in size over the past 5 years and are projected to double again in the next 5 years.  They offer a generous salary and benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, relocation assistance, and business casual working environment.

 

This person will be an instrumental part of the organization and the company will need someone who is a self motivated team player with strong communication skills and experience across all common functions of business intelligence technologies.  The organization requires experience with Business Objects and SQL, PL/SQL, and Java; experience with WebFOCUS and Oracle Discoverer is highly desirable.  The right candidate is interested in career advancement and has great experience as a BI developer with some previous analyst experience as well.

 

The role reports to the BI Manager who works closely with team members on career development.  They provide three well defined paths toward career advancement.

 

Preferences:

3+ years experience as business analyst or consultant working with planning and reporting applications, IBI (Information Builders), Oracle Warehouse Builder, and or Oracle Reports(6i a plus)

WebFOCUS, Oracle Discoverer, Business Objects all plusses.

Complex PL/SQL

ODI as an ETL tool

Bachelor's degree
