IBM’s BI/BPM Consultants are responsible for translating business and IT requirements into process or technical solutions to help clients to gain competitive advantage through improved business insight, business planning and reporting capabilities.
As a successful candidate you have demonstrated past experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Intelligence, Business Performance Management, Data Warehousing or Data Integration.
As a BI/BPM consultant in the IBM Global Business Services, you will:
• Solve complex Business Intelligence and/or Business Performance Management challenges
• Become a deep expert in leading Business Intelligence and Business Performance Management solutions
• Make a difference for our top-tier clients by working in a high performing team

Required
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 5 years experience in Understanding of Business Intelligence, Business Performance Management, Data Warehousing and Data Integration concepts
· At least 5 years experience in BI tools (such as IBM Cognos 8.3 and/or Business Objects XI)
· At least 5 years experience in Hands on experience to build Dashboard/Scorecard solutions
· At least 5 years experience in Configuring planning and/or reporting solutions
· At least 5 years experience in Understanding customer requirements and turning them into working solutions
· At least 5 years experience in Team working skills to contribute and boost motivation in project work
· English: Fluent
· Swedish: Fluent
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in in one or more ETL tool (such as IBM DataStage, Informatica)
At least 2 years experience in Data Warehouse or data integration design and development experience
At least 2 years experience in Experience in one or more DBMS (such as DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata)
