Senior Business Process Analyst – Contract – CBD
• Business Process Analysis including AS-IS current state mapping
• Retail banking regulatory driven program portfolio
• Work with very high-calibre project professionals
Significant AS-IS current state documentation needed in preparation for a large, complex, regulatory driven program of work. You will also follow-up in the delivery of process improvement initiatives that result from your work, though it’s important to note that the initial work will centre on process mapping.
Ideally you will bring to the role:
• Very strong process analysis skills, including process mapping, gap analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE studies
• Experience facilitating workshops involving participants from senior management to business users
• Strong process documentation experience using tools such as Visio, ARIS or iGrafx
• You will be a proactive self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving and commitment to quality standards
The line manager is an energetic self-starter and will appreciate the same sort of drive and enthusiasm from the contract Business Process Analyst.
The position is a contract role with a daily rate in the $700-900 per day range depending on suitability.
