Senior Business Process Analyst
PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead with Business Process Re-engineering projects and ensure the detailed investigation, analysis, findings and proposals are carried out in accordance with the agreed timetable, to the required standards and that valid conclusions are reached.Provide structured advice and guidance to the Business Process Analyst.This is mainly a project based role and will operate across a wide range of projects.
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS
Professional qualification in an appropriate discipline
Knowledge of BPR methodology.
Understanding of the role ICT technology can play in transforming service delivery in a large organisation.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a formal ICT setting in a customer facing role.
Proven ability to be able to work in a range of client settings/sites (much of the work will involve working at different client sites)
Able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge and understanding of published trends and ideas within ICT industry.
Has an awareness of new approaches within the ICT industry.
To have in-depth knowledge of the full systems development life cycle
Experience of Business Process Re-engineering techniques
Experience of formal estimating tools
Experience of automating planning tools
