You will lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Responsibilities include quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.

-Create complex  business requirements based on customer requests
-Build requirements into the mymetrics/merced system
-Review business requirements with customers and obtain sign off
-Work closely with Project Team to identify risks early.
-Work with production team to log and track defects to resolution.
-Perform multiple complex and/or cross functional business and data analysis to create business requirements for new initiatives; identifies trends and opportunities for other departments to leverage
-Able to present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) that help stakeholders and leadership understand the project
-Ability to explain technical issues in language the customer will understand
-Leverages and engages deployment team business partners in a timely manner to define deliverables and identify opportunities to drive savings. Communicates often, clearly and effectively to all pertinent stakeholders and leadership; prepares communicates overall project status reports.
-Ensures all internal documentation/project plans and pipeline summary are kept current based on ones progress and or successful task completion
-Create business requirements and process maps that are clear, complete and executable
-Validates technical system specifications meet business requirements
-Identifies opportunities for new projects focused on process improvement and cost optimization.
-Deliver persuasive messages based on sound, thorough fact-base analysis and logic and offer solutions/alternatives to meet customer needs
-Focused on customer experience improvement ; assesses and interprets customers needs
-Ensures protection of PHI/PII
-Follows the standards and process of the team
-Participates in engagement reviews and quality assurance
-Actively participates in employee engagement initiatives
-Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance only on the most complex tasks
-Self directed; able to initiate projects independently. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
 
THE OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION CAN BE TELECOMMUTING

-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
-4+ year of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis.
-2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks
-Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
-Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures. (i.e. mymetrics/merced)
-Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, strong collaboration skills and possess the ability to work cross-functionally, develop strong working relationships, manage multiple priorities and work independently.
-Proficient in:  MS Access, Excel, WORD, OUTLOOK, Powerpoint
-Experience working on 2 or more complex technology projects simultaneously.
-Trouble shoots technical type issues
-Work independently
-Write and execute efficient and effective Requirement documents.
 
Preferred:
-Knowledge of Mymetrics
-Project management experience preferred
