This is a permanent, newly created and really diverse position also becoming a Subject Matter Expert within this role for the company..  
This position will also include but not be limited to:   

• Working closely with the Application Project Delivery teams to ensure effective transition of knowledge into the Service Desk team..  
• Taking ownership of all of their Business Systems becoming an SME across the business.  
• Being an escalation point for 3rd Level Severity 1 incident support for their Business Systems when required overall becoming an SME for their internal Business Systems Applications..  
• Compile new Documentation communicate Training for end users.  
• Performance evaluation reviews for across the business.  
• Any Project or Build work required as a part of their Demand/Supply model.  
• Managing 3rd Party Vendors Consultants also liaising with everybody across the business including senior Management..  

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, my client is looking for the successful person to:   

• Have a solid background working with supporting Business Systems /or internal Applications also on the configuration and implementation side, ideally but not necessarily across SQL /or MySQL, Oracle, Linux RedHat..  
• Proven capability in Developing, Analysing and continually improving Systems based business processes.  
• Have previous experience working with Technical Specialists and Business Stakeholders.  
• Have the ability to develop or modify specific operational standards or practices.
