Senior Business/Program Director, IT –Top-tier Private Bank recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for stakeholder management, resources management ,strategy management and delivery management
• Communicates regularly with stakeholders
• Analyse resource plan for APAC
• Provide clear and timely escalation on outages along with analysis and recommendations to mitigate future re-occurrences
• Controls and adjusts the direction of the portfolio, include change control, plan and costs/forecasts
• Ensure that both the business cases are defined for the portfolio
• Considers alternative options and approaches to achieve programme goals
• Determines approach and identifies constraints and risks
• Structures the programme and creates an overall programme plan
• Controls the financial management for the portfolio and facilitates resolution of issues and management of risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science
• Min. 10 years experience in programme management role in a private/investment bank
• Experience in global IT portfolio management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
