The prestigious High Frequency Algorithmic Trading group at a top tier 1 investment bank are seeking a highly skilled lead developer to join their team. The High Frequency Algorithmic trading group are responsible for implementing the technical trading for the cash and futures market and are well recognized for their strengths and global expertise within the Equities space.  This position essentially involves working directly  on the trading desk as a lead developer acting as a liaison between other developers and the trading desk. The candidate should be willing to play a key role in the functionality of the desk and it’s trading. You will be working amongst highly skilled developers and traders.Previous experience on a market making desk or working on a Front Office Algorithmic trading desk would be ideal as to demonstrate you’re high level of expertise within that area.

My client are looking for a bright, highly technical candidate that will be able to build and work with a front office trading platform and play a key role in the functionality of the desk. They are looking for someone innovative and technically proficient for this exciting position. The candidate will be liaising directly with different business areas on a global scale therefore communication skills are paramount to the position.

• C++ Programming/Developing

• High Frequency Trading

• Implementation of C++

• Order Management

• Interest in Financial Markets

• Maintain Infrastructure to ensure stability, performance and superb data quality across all feeds and processes
