Senior C++ Programmers required by high frequency trading start-up in NYC. The firm were established last year and are investing heavily in designing and creating an ultra-low latency trading infrastructure in order to become key players in the space. Having made a number of key hires across the business, they are now looking to expand their core development team by adding a number of talented C++ programmers. Ideally they are seeking candidates who can bring direct experience in the high frequency trading industry but will also consider people with backgrounds outside of finance if they have knowledge of kernel programming, embedded systems, hardware acceleration or other high performance systems. There is an excellent opportunity to get involved in an early stage start-up with extensive exposure to greenfield projects. There is a highly competitive compensation structure for top candidates and relocation packages on offer for people out of state.
