A rare opportunity has arisen in Sydney for a Senior Call Centre Operations Manager to take on the strategic and day to day running of a business banking call centre. With an impressive range of business banking products, you’ll lead an innovative call centre with multiple teams covering specialist services through to technical support and outbound sales.

With 150 FTE over several sites and with 8 direct reports, you’ll be operating at a high level with complex products and numerous stakeholders, whilst demonstrating the ability to handle multiple challenges presented with such a high-profile role.

From a strategic perspective, you will design and implement new innovations to differentiate their service, be continuously focused on enhancing technological, operational and people management activities, ultimately to drive a market leading customer experience and corporate objectives.

As an inspiring leader who is at the forefront of an ever changing business you will relish the challenge of driving new strategic initiatives, have a proven track record in enhancing systems and procedures as well being a strong stakeholder manager.

This is an exciting position for a senior call centre leader who is looking to take on a role with a big challenge, and where you have a very realistic opportunity to progress to GM level. Salary on offer is up to $160k base plus up to 50% bonus.

A background leading a call centre at a very high level within market leading organisations is a must.
