Credit Risk is responsible for managing credit risks and recommending risk appetite for RBS within an effective credit risk framework. The credit risk framework is the collective term for the governance structures, policy standards, control processes and infrastructure established to support the management of credit risk.

As Senior Capital Analyst, you'll have a great opportunity to get involved in a pan-risk role, covering a range of areas including operational risk, credit risk, and more. You'll assist in influencing the use of Economic Capital (EC) in pricing, profitability, and finance. Supporting the development of a robust EC metric for UK Personal Banking, you'll have a particular focus on the design and implementation of a divisional EC model and reporting suite, for use throughout UK Personal Banking. 

Naturally as Senior Capital Analyst, you'll have an analytical and enquiring mindset, with the ability to develop a range of options and present them in a engaging way to facilitate discussion. You'll also have strong mathematical and financial understanding. And the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. You'll have experience in data extraction and manipulation, along with good influencing skills.
