McArthur is currently recruiting for a well known and highly regarded not-for-profit organisation supporting people with a disability or other physical need to regain, retain and extend their independence. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Case Manager. The role will include case management of clients, support and program planning and staff supervision.
If you have the following skills then we want to hear from you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology or social work
- Skills and experience in service provision for people with a disability, particularly the ability to undertake case management for clients with a disability
- Demonstrated experience in community development and building networks and relationships
- Accurately assessment and implementation of suitable and appropriate action plans in line with a person-centred approach
- Strong written, oral and problem solving skills
- Advanced competence in use of Microsoft applications and electronic client management database applications
- Current driver's licence
