Reporting to the Manager, as a Senior Case Manager you will be the third escalation point, above the 6 Case Managers whom will be your direct reports.
The suitable candidate will posses
- Sound people management skills
- Very strong complaint handling background
- The ability to guide the team to follow the resolution process through with urgency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstratable experience in managing the team's work load
- Polished and professional manner
- Previous complaint handling within a government department is essential.
