Senior Cash Relationship Manager – Brussels recruitment
The position will functionally focus on four main, interrelated areas:
- Builds and maintains a close relationship with his clients in Asia and the U.S.
(This is a job where you can expect to travel a lot)
- Ensures high levels of client satisfaction on the day to day business, making sure clients requirements are fulfilled and potential issues are properly handled and solved
- Establishes and implements a plan for each of his clients, in line with the Banks Cash Management strategy
- Proactively markets and sells (proposals) Cash products and services to his clients
- Answers and coordinate with all bank stakeholders (in-country Cash Management sales, in-country Relationship Managers and Teams: coverage, products, legal, Analysts, Solution Design Implementation etc.)
- Prepares and conducts client pitches.
- Sets prices of Cash Management products within regional guidelines and upon specific validation from regional representatives.
- Supports the Cash Management Centre in benchmarking bank offering with that of competition and suggests, where appropriate, new developments
- Support the development of the Cash Management Team image and reputation within the bank, and the brand outside the Bank
Who we are looking for
The person will most likely have a masters of in the area of commercial finance discipline and have sales and cash management experience. The skills required for the position are the following:
- 5-10 years experience in Cash Management
- Proven track as Sales Manager in the Banking or Corporate Sector
- English and French are mandatory.
- Any Asian language is more than welcome.
