You must have had previous experience in a Counter Manager, Assistant Counter Manager or Senior Cashier role and you must demonstrate excellent communication skills, good literacy and numeracy skills, detail orientation, excellent knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and be flexible regarding your working hours.
Also required is the ability to multi task and maintain an efficient Cashier Team as well as good organisational skills and good problem solving capabilities.
Your responsibilities will involve supervising Cashiers by providing day-to-day leadership, direction and training to ensure proper handling of cash and Customer transactions.
