Senior Category Mix Manager, Dressings

Job Summary
• Classic marketing role.
• Drive North America (NA) growth with responsibility for brand, portfolio mix, new product development and rejuvenation, pricing, and packaging for the category portfolio.
• Participate in the development of global category and brand strategy. Develop and implement NA category and brand strategy.
• Lead and develop the category marketing team.
• Be a senior leader and role model within the entire marketing team.

Main Accountabilities
• Shape the NA category brand strategy and set the 12 quarter marketing activity plan.
• Manage the category product portfolio.
• Manage and drive category PL, including pricing.
• Propose and manage marketing budgets.
• Use insights to generate ideas and develop concepts for innovation pipelines and communication campaigns.
• Manage and direct advertising agencies to support brands including media, PR, and key communication campaigns.
• Be category champion and expert.
• Manage, coach and motivate marketing and cross functional teams.
• Align with Retail marketing peers to share brand development and activation plans.
