Senior Change Communications Manager recruitment

This bank has experienced steady growth over a number of years. This is forecast to continue and to ensure the Bank’s central functions remain fit for purpose, a number of flagship projects have been initiated centrally under the overall stewardship of the Chief Operating Officer.   As the Senior Change Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying the bank’s “Change Management” communications strategy, and work closely with a number of Project Managers to ensure that all change management activity and related communication is appropriately co-ordinated and tracked on a project and consolidated basis.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• The creation and deployment of a communications strategy which is specifically tailored to change management.
• The coordination and QA of all change related communications.
• Optimal use of existing communications channels and development of new channels.
• Building the appropriate relationships and internal functional reporting lines to facilitate the above.
• Ensuring all change related communications are timely, relevant and appropriate to the specific audience.

As the ideal candidate, you have strong demonstrable experience of directly managing and deploying change related communication strategies.  You are confident in working in a fast paced environment together with broad experience of managing change/communications functions over a wide range of concurrent projects and working to tight deadlines. Financial services experience preferred by not required; you will ideally have worked in a blue-chip corporate environment which has undergone significant organisaitonal change.

You have outstanding communications skills together with comprehensive experience of dealing with executive stakeholders.  As this is a stand-alone role, you will need to be both strategic and happy to be hands-on, with strong influencing skills and commercial awareness.  You are a highly energetic, personable and resilient individual capable of managing significant change across a multi-sited organisation.
