Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with a minimum of 3 years experience? Are you looking for a new challenge and to assist others?
My client is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who is able to work alone under pressure whilst assisting the current brigade. You will be working in a large kitchen within a large brigade. You must be self motivated and able to work under pressure whilst being able to present with perfection!
This 2 rosette hotel is well known within the area and holds a high reputation for its great food and fine dining experience. As the successful Chef de Partie you must be able to work to this level using only the freshest and locally sourced produce there is!
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience at this level and strong career history in rosette establishment. Also have experience in catering for large numbers.
