Senior Client On-boarding/Transitions Manager recruitment
- Working closely with Sales, Portfolio Managers, CRM and infrastructure teams (Compliance, Legal and Middle Office functions) to help co-ordinate the on-boarding of new business. The areas this will include, but not limited to, are co-ordination of the legal contract, investment guidelines, fee schedule, reporting requirements and operational set up.
- Help project manage significant activity that may occur on existing accounts working with the Client Relationship Manager. Such activity to include but not be limited to a change in custodian, change in administrator, change in fee structure or significant change in investment guidelines.
• The AAE will also help co-ordinate the set up of significant Distribution relationships for the Funds.
• Working with Compliance to ensure all KYC / AML requirements are fulfilled before any new contract is signed.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience of working in Asset Management or in a similar type of role
• Experience of dealing with Segregated accounts is essential
• Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to be able to multi-task to be able to handle the various queries from colleagues and third parties
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an ability to work within a closely knit environment both at team and organisational level
• First rate written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and will be highly investment literate in order to effectively interact with colleagues
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
