Senior Client Relationship Executive
This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a top tier Asset Manager, as one of a team of client-focused professionals, managing a portfolio of large institutional pension schemes, including segregated and pooled-funds, invested in a broad range of products and complex solutions, including equities, fixed income, property, derivatives and so on.
You will be sitting midway between the lead relationship managers, less senior executives and technical administration teams. Your role will be to support senior members of the team, enabling them to concentrate on strengthening client relationships and gathering assets. To do this, you will be expected to take control of day-to-day account management and to provide support and guidance to the less experienced members of the team.
Specifically the role entails:
- Providing excellent support to internal and external clients, often as the first and usual point of contact.
- Successfully resolving complex queries and solving problems to deadline.
- Lending support to less experienced team members.
- Developing a detailed understanding of the firm’s products and brand, and more broadly maintaining knowledge of markets and economic issues.
- Managing complex projects from inception through to successful completion.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be confident, practised at building and maintaining relationships, tactful, comfortable working with very large often demanding clients and a strong team player.
A professional qualification would be an advantage – CFA or IMC ideally.
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused individual with a good grounding in investments to join a well-regarded market leader and work alongside individuals of the very highest quality.
Opportunities for progression with an employer of this size and quality are abundant.
