Senior Client Relationship Executive recruitment
As a key member of the Client Relationship Management unit, the person appointed will act as the primary point of contact for a significant number of the firm’s European institutional clients, the majority of which are pension funds. Specifically, this will involve attendance at review meetings with clients and their advisers, overseeing the reporting operation for the clients concerned, managing the take-on of newly engaged clients and the responding to client queries and requests for information. The role will entail considerable liaison with other departments within the firm’s London, New York and Asian offices.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of institutional asset management processes and practice gained through a number of years’ experience in a similar role elsewhere. This will have included direct responsibility for the servicing of pension fund clients and the take-on of new clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, together with a high level of IT literacy, a relevant professional qualification (IMC or progress towards) and a detail-orientated approach. A willingness to travel on occasion within Europe is necessary and a knowledge of one or more of the major European languages would be an advantage but is not essential.
The position offers an attractive salary, bonus and benefits package, a friendly, team-orientated working environment and the opportunity to develop a meaningful, long-term career with one of the leading companies in the asset management industry.
