Senior Client Relationship Manager recruitment
Responsible for the relationships with a group of assigned clients in the region as agreed with Head of CRM.
Accountabilities:
1. To manage and oversee all aspects of the DST relationship with designated with a view to maximising client satisfaction, revenue growth, financial and contract compliance.
• A year to year revenue growth of 10% (real growth inflation adjusted)
• To work as part of a Global Account Management team providing such input, leadership and information as required to meet the Company’s corporate goals and objectives.
• To prepare, own and deliver to an agreed account plan for each designated client
• Work with Head of Sales and CRM to C-suite decision makers to ensure DST is seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
2. To work within and ensure the CRM function operates within company guidelines, policies and expectations
• To prepare and submit such reports as required by the Company
• To maintain Company’s CRM up to date for designated contracts and clients
3. Work with, influence and provide thought leadership to other teams within DST globally, including Solutions, Deal teams, Professional Services, Marketing and other regions on specific market facing initiatives as required
4. Work with the Head of CRM Sales in support of his/her objectives as required and agreed on a periodic basis
Knowledge, Skills Experience:
• Proven Client Management /Account Management experience gained from working with large blue chip companies.
• Must have experience and knowledge of investment management or asset servicing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior management at clients and internally.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue.
• Knowledge of our products and services and how they fit in the client environment
