Senior Client Reporting Executive` recruitment

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Produce all reporting requirements for all clients across all product and mandates, working to tight deadlines
  2. Taking a pro-active part in the responsibility of maintaining and developing all relevant client records, data banks and processes.  Ensure that all compliance requirements are met and breaches are flagged if/when they occur
  3. Examine, evaluate and review new or existing report content for relevance and quality and recommend changes to improve report content
  4. Understand and develop IT and system expertise for the reporting database solution and core systems linked to performance data and charts; i.e Datastream, Bloomberg, Lipper etc
  5. Help streamline current processes and procedures in order that the team works more efficiently and effectively 
  6. Work proactively with your colleagues to determine and design ad-hoc/non specific reporting format requirements for complex clients and for new products and mandates
  7. Manage and adhere to a schedule of reporting deliverables, communicating proactively with the Relationship Management Teams to manage existing deadlines and agreement commitments when new accounts are funded
  8. Work closely with members of the relationship management, fund management, back office operations and product specialist team, to determine reporting requirements, both regulatory and client specific

Requirements

Degree qualified or equivalent, IAQ or IMC

Relevant experience of reporting  within the investment management industry

Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building relationships with external contacts

Investment and market knowledge

Experience of sourcing/presenting data from systems such as Bloomberg, Datastream or Lipper

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Aptitude to problem solving
