Senior Client Service Manager recruitment
This includes:
- Reaching and working with client accounts at all levels of their organization, and understanding the totality of their relationship (existing business) with SI.
- Performing research and analytical work in response to client needs using SI tools.
- Mentoring earlier stage Client Managers with regard to best practices and mutual fund industry knowledge.
- Speaking intelligently about industry trends that are relevant to that client, as well as about all SI published research.
- Participating in the research and sales processes when needed to support the growing European business.
Desired Skills Experience
- Client relationship skills and experience managing client relationships. Ability to acquire solid knowledge of SI's products and services.
- Knowledge and experience working in or monitoring the worldwide fund industry including highly developed fund analytical skills. Specific product knowledge includes UCITs, off-shore funds, European and Asian fund industry.
- Ability to work independently and collegially with SI teams around the world.
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters in Finance or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; influencing skills, ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in MS office. Knowledge of or ability to learn Simfund GL.
