SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER - Custodian relationships
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES
* To assist with the carrying out of strategic policy set down by the Company.

OBJECTIVE ROLE
To liaise with and coordinate the relationship with the Fund Administrator and Transfer Agent, to set up operational interfaces and work flows, both on a transactional and compliance basis, ensuring that the risks and efficiency of the Company are managed.
DUTIES
Key Responsibilities
* Implement plan and solutions to gap analysis prepared by advisers
* Review and implement operating manual and process maps around depositary/custody service
* Manages depositary operations team
* Hire and train new administration staff with support from the group
* Introduce and oversee control around the business and hands-on management of the service delivery team
* Interact widely across the group with IT, Training officer and HR, COO and Operations Directors to implement the depositary/custody business line
* Support sales efforts lead by the Commercial team, attending meetings and pitches and contributing to marketing material.
* Liaising with the coordinating the relationship with the Fund Administrator and Transfer Agent
* Coordinating the legal and fund approval process (for new clients/new funds) in close collaboration with the client's legal advisers
* Provide, where necessary information to the regulator in order that it may monitor fund compliance
KEY RESULT AREAS
The incumbent will be expected to provide on-going support to the Managing Director, UK and senior managers of the Company by being proactive in their approach to management of staff and to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Strong experience in either new depositary or custody business to alternative assets (Private Equity/Real Estate).
* Knowledge of the operational components and an understanding of multi jurisdictional regulatory frameworks
* Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
