Senior Client Services Manager recruitment

The Service Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients under various business environments (Treasury, Wealth Management, Private Bank and Broker Dealer) and your role is to ensure that the highest level of services is provided to each client that you are responsible for.

You will be an individual who enjoys meeting new people and is comfortable being in touch with your clients on a daily basis, including on-site visits.

You will become the key contact for the clients by providing follow-up and reports on on-going account support. This means that you have an intimate understanding of the client’s business and technical environments.

You will be the organisation’s representative and will work with L1, L2 and L3 Support in providing the best possible service to the client. You will also be required to work with clients on functional gaps and report back to the relevant internal department to provide estimates to Sales.

You are an individual with a strong focus on quality, meeting requirements and getting it right the first time. Excellent communication and writing ability is an ABSOLUTE ESSENTIAL in this role.
