Senior Clinical Data Manager
I am currently searching for one of my client a Senior Clinical Data Manager to be based in one of the biggest cities in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
As the Senior Clinical Data Manager you will be responsible for
+ Providing site leadership, guidance and mentoring for a team
+ Management of the team
+ Collaboration with the client and international functions
+ Establish standards of practice within the direct team
+ Direct the local team in the implementation of best practices
+ Provide leadership in latest industry trends
For this position I am currently searching for an individual with
+ Hands on experience in clinical development
+ Management and some supervisory experience
+ Some experience in a leadership position
+ Good understanding of the clinical programming, biostatistics, clinical operations, study management, statistical programming, safety and regulatory affairs
+ Experience in EDC systems
+ Knowledge and understanding of ICH, GCP, safety reporting
