Position is accountable for operational management of large scale Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) national programs
PL acountabilities
Executive acumen, reporting and presentation
Relationship building and collaboration across internal and external key stakeholders
Expertise in strategic formulation of PCMH or Accountable Care Organizations (ACO's), a plus
This position will be responsible for the development and/or on-going management and administration of clinical programs. Provide implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Healthcare related degree and/or Masters degree
Minimum 5 years developing business strategies
Minimum 5 years project managment
Minimum 5 years experience in direct physician, hospital and/or clinical operations
