Our client is an exciting consulting firm and an advanced IBM business partner specializing in Cognos performance management solution. Their business is booming and they are looking to expand their technical team. Right now, they are actively looking for a Senior Cognos 8 Developer with the following experience:
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years of hands on development experience using Cognos 8
- Working knowledge of Framework Manager, Transformer, Query Studio, Report Studio and Analysis Studio
- Experience in providing end user training on Cognos 8 tools/studios
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel to USA and around Ontario on business (infrequent travel, about a week in every 2 months)
Nice to have:
- ETL skills and experience
- Date warehouse design experience
- Experience with IBM DB2-400, Oracle and SQL databases
- SAP experience
- Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing sector
