Role and Responsibilities:
This is an outstanding business partnering role leading a small team of qualified accountants working with the leadership team to drive the strategy and performance for the insurance business. You will form a close working relationship with the business heads, guiding them on the balance sheet, profit and loss, and giving them a sound understanding of the key performance indicators that drive the business. You will be a trusted business partner managing the relationship with the business heads and their direct reports.
They are looking for an experienced senior finance manager who is commercially aware and can effectively communicate complex financial issues, provide adhoc analysis and help guide the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant - CA/CPA
- Experience in interaction with senior business and finance leaders
- Ability to drive change from initiation all the way through to implementation
- Skilled communicator in maintaining and developing productive working relationships at all management levels
- Ambitious and results driven
