About This Position
An exciting opportunity exists for a professional, experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join this well established organisation.
To be considered for this role you must possess a minimum of 3 years commercial property management experience including showrooms, industrial buildings, retail shops and professional offices as well as thorough knowledge of the relevant Acts relating to property management. A current Property Management certificate of registration is required.
Your duties will include:
• Liaising with owners, tenants and maintenance people on a regular basis
• Arranging all property repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring properties have appropriate insurance cover
• Regular property inspections
• Full understanding of the properties within your portfolio and following up any enquiries
• Negotiate rent reviews, lease extensions and new leases as required
• Prompt collection of rent and sundry payments
