Senior Commercial Property Manager
We are an entrepreneurial company focused on Providing Real Estate to the Life Science industry. With over $4.2 billion invested in state-of-the-art research facilities, we have assembled a world-class portfolio of life science buildings concentrated in the seven core U.S. life science markets of Boston, San Francisco, Maryland, San Diego, New York/New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Seattle. We currently own or have interests in properties comprising approximately 12.3 million rentable square feet.

What you need for this position:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in commercial real estate management.
- BA/BS in business or related field required.
- CPM or RPA certification strongly preferred.
- Leasing experience helpful.
- Computer literate including proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. MRI experience a plus.
- Ability to conduct walk-throughs, inspections, and complete site and building management activities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret operating budgets, leases and related documents.
- In-depth and hands-on understanding of property management systems and processes.
- Prior experience managing staff and developing effective working relationships with vendors, contractors and tenants.
- Must be organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities.
- Ability to draft and write detailed notes, communications to tenants, vendors, and contracted firms to prepare reports and presentations, technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail oriented with the ability to convey information orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance and construction activities for the company’s growing portfolio of biomedical and office properties.
- Assisting with leasing existing vacancy and new acquisition opportunities in line with our current acquisition parameters.
- Managing a portfolio of just over $1.5M square feet
