We have a newly created position for a Senior Compensation Analyst at our Corporate Office in Dundee, Michigan. This position will be a key team member to the North American Compensation Center, reporting to the Senior Compensation and Relocation Manager. We are seeking a Human Resources professional with a minimum of two years compensation experience with functional understanding of base pay, organization structures, and current compensation markets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manages requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment by conducting job evaluations.

•Evaluates/audits jobs to ensure they have the correct FLSA status and compliant with all Department of Labor regulations.

•Collaborates with HR colleagues and managers on compensation related solutions relative to established salary structure, internal equity, comparative market analyses and organizational charts and job titling while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all internal and external compensation data.

•Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information helping to determine company's competitive position.

•Assists with annual pay program and merit/bonus planning.

•Assists with maintaining a tracking system to ensure all compensation arrangements for expatriate assignments are aligned to policies, including payroll, short-term incentive plans, retirement plans, and social security agreements between countries.
