Our client, located in Marysville, has an immediate need for a Senior Compensation Analyst to fill a Direct Hire position.

Job Description:

  • Work in the HR department as a Senior Compensation Analyst.

  • Utilize assessment, analytical, and change management skills to help with compensation analysis.

    • Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, or Business. Masters Degree is preferred.

  • Certified Compensation Professional is a big plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years HR experience in a large organization.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the compensation field.

  • Experience working in a HR shared service delivery model.

  • Experience with MS Office and Lotus Notes necessary.
