Senior Compensation and Benefits Consultant recruitment

In this role you will be responsible for providing compensation and benefits analysis, interpretation and advice to HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders. You will support the annual compensation review process, contribute to the review, development and implementation of policies, programs and practices for the Australian region and work with HR Shared Services to ensure they are reflected in practice. In addition, you will also compile data and prepare board governance reports, maintain and audit compensation data supporting internal frameworks (such as mappings to the Career Job Framework, benchmarking and pay ranges).

Suitable candidates will have a relevant tertiary qualification, demonstrated experience executing annual compensation review processes, the ability to work autonomously and proactively identify compensation benefits related business needs and recommend solutions. You will also have demonstrated ability to understand and interpret trends and results, knowledge of current employment legislation, strong analytical skills and be able to build and influence relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role we are particularly looking for candidates with advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce high quality, accurate management information and a strong customer service focus.
