This is a superb role working for a global bank based in London. The bank is currently growing and due to expansion of its compliance department is recruiting this role. This role will expose the successful candidate to other product areas and be an interesting and varied position.
The role is within the corporate finance / private side of the bank and is a compliance advisory position. This position is dealing with senior level stakeholders on a regular basis across various different business units.
Ideally the successful candidate will be coming from a legal background and be at least several years post qualified with in depth knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance from the private side. DCM knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential. It isn't necessary to have any compliance knowledge at all, this client is simply looking for a qualified lawyer with the right product knowledge who can be taught.
