Due to the growth of their international business they are opening their Hong Kong office and operations and require an experienced Compliance specialist to join their experience and diversified team.
As a part of the larger conglomerate, they have strong financial security, advanced and state of the art infrastructure, strategic business plan and dynamic and a robust team of Directors and Senior Management that is on board and hitting the ground running.
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing and implementing the compliance policy and framework; licensing and registration matters; strategic involvement with senior management decisions that affects the compliance frameworks; provide ongoing compliance training; providing compliance advice to the business; review of new clients and AML matters etc.
To assume this position you will possess a minimum of 4 years compliance experience, exposure to FX products is essential, strong leadership skills and strong relationships with the SFC regulators. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved with the strategic part of the business and work from the ground up in developing the compliance frameworks.
