Senior Compliance Manager recruitment

In your bilingual (fluent French English) capacity as Compliance Manager for Luxembourg, you will be primarily responsible for the Luxembourg Branch and the Management Company.  Over time this will extend to the Benelux region, in particular the Amsterdam Branch.  This is a newly created position and you will be required to deliver a pro-active “consultancy” style advisory service, offering technical advice, and working closely with the business to provide guidance on corporate policy and regulatory issues impacting the business.  You will be responsible for ensuring the activities meet legal and regulatory requirements, and for identifying and reporting any significant compliance risk issues to Senior Management and Global Compliance.  Additionally you will also act as their Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Privacy Officer.

As a member of this team, you will be required to assist in the compliance coverage of other EMEA offices and in the identification, interpretation and implementation of regulatory changes, in particular UCITS IV, AIMFD, and other significant international and local legislative developments.
