Senior Compliance Manager recruitment
The main duties for this role include:
- Assisting the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance Director across all compliance areas.
- Oversee and supervise the compliance function in the overseas offices, which includes joint ventures.
- Supervise and manage the regulatory compliance related to licenses and registration in overseas jurisdictions i.e. US.
- Manage and implement regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures which affect the group.
- Advise Senior Management and handle enquiries from other departments on all compliance related issues.
- Keep up to date on all regulatory changes and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and checking.
The main requirements for this role include:
- Educated to degree level in Finance or related subject.
- Experience in handling compliance matters in fund houses
- Experience in overseeing compliance functions in China and/or Taiwan is a distinct advantage.
- Familiar with local regulations, knowledge of US regulations also an advantage.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a distinct advantage.
