Senior Compliance Officer (Contract) – MNC Asset Management,$45-60k recruitment
The Company
Our client is one of the top 5 largest asset management firm in the world. They are currently urgently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer on a 5 months contract basis. Location will be in Central, Hong Kong.
The Role
- Review marketing materials and obtain approval from regulator, if required; Review client reportings, including reviewing upfront requirements from a new client;
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and testings under the Compliance Program (e.g. telephone tape/ email monitoring);
- Advise business on KYC requirements on account opening;
- Assist in Compliance training;
- Prepare/ enhance compliance policies and procedures;
- Compliance point of contact on new product approvals (working with the legal and product development team);
Your Profile
Qualification Experience
- Minimum of 5-year experience in audit /compliance profession, preferably in asset management industry
- Degree holder in the relevant field
- Previous working experience in regulator or in audit/ legal/financial industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong regulatory environment
- Immediately available is a must
Knowledge Skills
Computer skills : Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Language
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good written Chinese is an advantage
Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)
- Well organized
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Integrity and excellent work ethics
