Senior Compliance Officer recruitment
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Making sure all obligations on the UCITS products are complied
- Being the linking pin between regulators and the Asset Management Company
- Improving process on internal compliance and make and up-date the Compliance
Manual for the company
- Advising on process of handling client complaints, litigation and Claims
- Giving guidance and advice to the management regarding Luxembourg laws and
Regulations
- Overseeing Risk management and investment managers with Luxembourg regulation and compliance
- Complying the group policies in AML procedures and distributor processes for
Luxembourgish fund products
- Support in learning and training programmers for relevant issues and people within the company
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar Compliance role for at least 4 years
- A Master degree in Law, Finance or Financial Services
- Fluent in English and French, oral and written
- Knowledge of UCITS and UCI’s in a compliance way
- Lateral thinking, initiative and working with the business
- Superb organisation skills
- Knowledge of modern concepts in corporate governance and risk management
- Confident, enthusiastic and self starter
- Not afraid to work outside the scope of the job description
