Senior Compliance Policy Adviser – Out Sourcing / Off-shoring – SINGAPORE recruitment
The Position:
You will be the primary Compliance resource for all outsourcing and off-shoring projects in APAC. You will take full responsibility for Data compliance and work on the formulation, implementation and monitoring of such policies and contracts. Whilst this role performs a key compliance function, you will have direct reporting to the Global Head of Outsourcing for Technology and Ops.
You will be heavily involved in the following areas:
- Advisory / Risk Identification – act as Principal Counsel on outsourcing data governance and technology strategy and compliance issues. Identify legal and regulatory risks related to outsourcing / off-shoring and data. Planning contingencies for a changing regulatory environment
- Controls Development Implementation – Implement and embed the Group Outsourcing policy and procedures and Data Governance framework
- Work with Technology and Ops Risk on the processes for Offshoring,
- Training – Develop and deliver training to the Technology and Operations fraternity
Do you have?
- Global Banking experience covering outsourcing, off-shoring, data and technology form a legal and compliance perspective?
- Legal and regulatory knowledge covering SG, HK and UK?
- The ability to identify, assess and control risk as well as training monitoring and reporting?
- The ability to manage key senior stakeholders?
