We are looking for a
Senior Compliance Specialist
who will be responsible for Swiss and international Anti Money Laundering Case Management. The Global Financial Intelligence Unit team plays a leading role to ensure that UBS is able to promptly identify and manage exposure to major AML relevant cases. The GFIU promotes a group wide approach regarding AML decisions and coordinates the respective information and follow up decisions. As a senior compliance officer, you will be in charge of identifying AML cases based on background research in the press, conducting global account searches on compliance and reputational matters as well the respective reporting on these cases. Furthermore, you will provide analysis on relevant AML topics triggered by statistical analysis of the data deriving from the case management and by the legal developments in the various locations where UBS is active.
The role involves a close collaboration with our international and Swiss Compliance partners.
-Swiss Legal Background (MLaw)
-Banking experience and/or Law enforcement experience or regulatory experience
-Accurate and reliable working style
-Self-motivated individual with good time management skills and ability to set priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.
-Excellent command of English and German, both verbal and written required, and/or French and Italian.
