Senior Conduct Risk Insight and Reporting Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Conduct Risk Insight and Reporting Manager to lead the on-going development of Conduct Risk Reporting. This includes regular reports across the group, building a holistic Conduct Risk story and driving decision-making to support the business in managing Conduct Risk, and ensuring that MI remains appropriate.

Role

To lead and own development of systems and processes to support capturing Conduct Risk data and Management Information so as to achieve efficiency and effortless execution of reporting.

Own creation, development and production of presentations that answer questions and help management address issues related to Conduct Risk.

Key contact for Conduct Risk Reporting and provide SME support to BUs and the rest of Conduct Risk team with analysis and reporting.

Lead the Conduct Risk Insight and Reporting team to deliver well-structured, high quality accurate and timely reports and aggregated risk profile for senior management.

Oversee the effective monitoring of KRI reports. Oversee the effective monitoring of the overall risk profile, including accumulations of risk, trends, and risks from internal and external market changes.

QA of all Conduct Risk reports and MI produced by the Retail Business Banking Conduct Risk Insight and Reporting team before issuing the reports to senior management.

Technical knowledge and skills required

Experience in operations risk, TCF, consulting, audit and/or compliance, with significant experience in controls review; experience in a financial services organisation preferred.

Pro-actively seeking solutions and able to cope with changing regulatory environment.

Broad and/ or in depth conduct risk knowledge and the application of FCA guidance in relation to UK Retail Business reporting.

Experience in compelling and insightful reports and presentations to a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
